A 61-year-old man presented with dysphagia. The patient underwent an upper digestive endoscopy. The scope revealed esophageal masses in the upper and lower esophagus. When withdrawing the scope from the stomach, it showed the upward movement of the gastric mucosa toward the lower esophagus.
