A 32-year-old woman presented with persistent epigastric pain, anorexia, and dyspepsia. The patient gave a history of abdominal operation 5 years ago( query duodenal stenosis, surgery report not available) due to GI problem since birth. The patient underwent an upper digestive endoscopy. The scope revealed gastric erythematous mottling. Biopsies and histopathology revealed #helicobacter gastritis. Also, deep scope insertion into the duodenum revealed normal duodenal mucosa. Retroflection in the esophagus was unremarkable.
