A 62-year-old man presented with obstructive calculator jaundice. The patient gives a history of chronic liver disease. The patient underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. The scope revealed two openings. One of them ( first cannulated) is a natural fistula at 6.47 min; cannulation and sphincterotomy of the other opening were done, forming one common pathway.
