colorectal #cancer at the #young age

A 33-year-old man who presented with recurrent diarrhea was admitted to the endoscopy unit. The patient underwent a colonoscopy. The patient's complaint began 3 months ago with constipation. The patient sought medical advice, and he received laxatives. After that, severe diarrhea continues with frequent bowel motions but without patient satisfaction. Surgical consultation advice for internal piles. computed tomography revealed anal and rectal stenosis. Per rectal examination revealed a tightly stenosed anal canal with stool soiling. In addition, the scope revealed an infiltrative anal mass. There is difficulty taking biopsies because the patient is poorly prepared and has a stenosed anal canal. Multiple biopsies were taken for histopathology.
