#Gastric varix, site of #bleeding


A 80-year-old woman presented with massive upper GI bleeding and was admitted to the hospital. The patient gives a history of atrial fibrillation on oral anticoagulant, previously ablated hepatoma. The platelet count was 50.000. After resuscitation, the patient underwent upper digestive endoscopy. The scope revealed gastric varix. What are the lines of treatment?
