A 39-year-old man complaining of bleeding per rectum and diarrhea was admitted to the #endoscopy unit. The patient gave a history of operated piles due to #bleeding per rectum. Unfortunately, the bleeding did not stop after the operation. Therefore, the patient underwent a #colonoscopy. The scope revealed #ulcerative colitis extending from the anus to the mid-transverse colon. A #budesonide #enema was given to the patient with complete remission of symptoms.
