A 15-year-old girl presented with epigastric pain and repeated vomiting was admitted to the endoscopy unit. The patient underwent upper digestive endoscopy. Multiple biopsies were taken for histopathology. After taking a biopsy from the fundus, bleeding happened. what is your opinion?

Might be fundal varices due to apleenic vein thrombosis as a complication of pancraetitis
