A 57-year-old man presented with melena and anemia was
admitted to the endoscopy unit. The patient has a history of recurrent melena,
and the patient underwent upper GI endoscopy three times and was diagnosed with
peptic ulcer (No reports with the patient). In addition, the patient underwent
upper digestive endoscopy. The scope revealed gastric inflammation and raised bumps
in the junction between the bulb and the second part of the duodenum. Examinations
of the 3rd part of the duodenum revealed raised elevated submucosal
lesion. There are enormous subcutaneous lesions when examining the patient’s
skin.
