#Inflammatory or malignant lesions?


A 45-year-old year woman presented with epigastric pain and repeated vomiting, sometimes induced vomiting. the patient gives a history of epigastric pain 2 years ago, and she was diagnosed with H. pylori infection. the patient received anti pylori treatment. The patient underwent upper digestive endoscopy. the scope showed flattened duodenal mucosa and infamed gastric mucosa at the pyloric region( arrows). methylene blue dye was flushed on the inflamed mucosa. biopsies were taken from the duodenum and stomach. what is your opinion?
