A 39-year-old woman presented with epigastric pain and symptoms of severe reflux esophagitis( Globus hystericus is most prominent) was admitted to the endoscopy unit. the patient underwent upper digestive endoscopy. the scope revealed nodular mucosa in the stomach and duodenum( arrows).
