A 64-year-old woman who presented with recurrent anemia was admitted to the endoscopy unit for follow-up endotherapy for esophageal varices. The patient underwent upper digestive endoscopy. The scope revealed bleeding gastric polyp in the body of the stomach( you can notice altered blood beside the polyp, also you can see active bleeding during manipulation of the polyp). Also, you can observe the severe congestive gastropathy around the polyp when stained with methylene blue. Band ligation with 2 rubber bands was done for the polyp.
