A 40-year-old woman presented with anemia and abdominal pain was referred for colonoscopy. abdominal ultrasonography revealed cecal thickening. the patient underwent a colonoscopy. the scope revealed a large ulcerative mass at the ileocecal valve and another mass( polyp) at the sigmoid colon about 20 cm from the anal verge. multiple biopsies were taken from both lesions
