Here is a summary of where we need help. We need some volunteers to:
1) Advertise the survey on Twitter
2) Distribute the survey to countries without Twitter access (such as China)
3) Write an ecrLife blog post about the survey
4) Update the quarterly call slide
5) Present the quarterly call slide during the first or second call

Hi all,

Thanks to those of you who were able to join the Zoom call. We had a nice discussion about minor changes to the survey and how we would like to distribute it.

1. I have made the changes to the survey discussed during the call. You can find a preview of the survey here. Please carefully read through and make sure there are no major typos or errors - this is pretty much the final version that we will make public!
2. We think that for most of our audience Twitter will work well as a distribution medium. We would like for someone to draft an initial tweet advertising the survey and come up with a creative hashtag that we can use to advertise the survey. Please post your ideas here!
3. We know that Twitter is not accessible in all countries (such as China), and we want to reach as broad an audience as possible with this survey. So, if you are aware of a country that does not have access to Twitter, please post that country here. If you have another way to distribute the survey to people in these countries, please let us know and/or volunteer to help us distribute the survey to those countries.
4. The current plan is to have the survey posted on Twitter Monday, March 2 (next Monday!) Please post below if you are active on Twitter and willing to share the survey. I will also post in the Help Wanted category to get other ambassadors to advertise the survey.
5. To reach those beyond Twitter and signal to boost the survey after a few weeks, we would like for volunteers to write a short blog post for ecrLife about the survey. Alex already wrote up a summary for the midterm ecrLife blog post, so you would be able to use this as a starting point for advertising the survey. If you would be willing to write a short blog post, please post below.
6. Finally, the next quarterly call is next Wednesday, March 4. We are looking for volunteers who are able to update Alex’s slide from the last quarterly call. We also need volunteers who can present the slide during the first or second call.
