Gastric mucosal prolapse#


In this video, you will see a part of the gastric mucosa( like a mass) with increased motility that partially protrudes upwards towards the esophageal lumen. In typical cases of gastric mucosal prolapse, the gastric mucosa protrudes into the esophageal lumen.The clinical presentation of this case( a 70-year-old woman) is persistent epigastric pain and microcytic hypochromic anemia.
