A 55-year-old man presented with repeated vomiting, dyspepsia, and weight loss.The patient gives a past history of surgically removed pancreatic carcinoma 2years ago followed by chemotherapy. Upper digestive endoscopy for this patient showed two masses at the junction between the stomach and duodenum. Multiple biopsies were taken for histopathological examination.
