Esophageal mass# of metastatic origin 

A 64-year-old man presented with dysphagia. Abdominal computed tomography scan showed lytic lesion in the lumbar vertebrae. Upper GI endoscopy revealed an esophageal mass. Multiple biopsies were taken from the esophageal mass. Histopathological examination showed well-formed malignant acini of metastatic origin. What is your diagnosis?
Is it metastatic prostate cancer or neuroendocrine tumor?
