A 28-year-old male presented with an attack of hematemesis. Upper GI endoscopy revealed a small gastric reddish nodule in the lesser curvature of the stomach near the sub cardiac region. Is it the cause of bleeding? And what is your diagnosis of this nodule?. Are further investigations needed?
