ينصح اقارب مرضى اورام القولون من الدرجة الاولى بتنظير القولون(عمل منظار قولونى)عند بلوغهم سن الاربعين سنة حتى وان لم يكن هناك اى شكوى متعلقة بالقولون
او عشر سنوات اقل من العمر الدى تم تشخيص دويهم به(يعنى لو الشخص تم تشخيصه بورم بالقولون فى سن ال35 يجب على اقاربه من الدرجة الاولى عمل تنظير القولون فى سن 35 سنة()
first degree relatives of patients with colorectal cancer are advised to do colonoscopy at age of 40 even there is no any colonic symptoms or 10 years below the age of diagnosis of the patient cancer( i.e if the patient diagnosed with colon cancer at age of 45, his first degree relatives should do colonoscopy at age of 35).
