A 61-year-old man presented with colicky upper abdominal pain. Pelviabdominal ultrasound revealed a thick pyloric and duodenal wall. The patient underwent an upper digestive endoscopy. The scope revealed a deep healed ulcer in the bulb. Multiple biopsies were taken for histopathology.
