Barrett's esophagus

A 23-year-old woman presented with repeated attacks of hematemesis# and persistent epigastric pain#. The patient underwent upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The scope revealed a picture of H. pylori gastritis and duodenitis. Also, the endoscopy showed islets of Barrett esophagus and a nodularity in the lower esophagus. What is your opinion about the histopathology of this lesion? a- Lower-grade dysplasia. b- Moderate grade dysplasia. c- High-grade dysplasia or carcinoma in situ. d- Invasive adenocarcinoma. e- Indefinite dysplasia. f- Inlet patch.
