Anal mass
A 68-year-old
man presented with severe lower anal pain especially during defecation. The patient
gives a history of liver metastasis and bone metastasis. The patient underwent a
colonoscopy that revealed an anal mass. Multiple biopsies were taken for
histopathology. The pathology report revealed infiltrative poorly
differentiated carcinoma.
