w i need to complete invstigation by bariuom swalow,PH monitoring ,ct chest abdomen,biobsy.
if there is associated sliding hernia ,treat as type 1 conservative,type 2,3,4 surgical,if sliding hernia does not present ,treatment is consrvative by metoclopramide,buscopan,nexium.thin evalute ,put biobsy result in your managment

types of hiatus hernia are type 1 sliding type2 paraoesphageal type 3 mixed type 4 paraoesphageal containing intraabdominal organs.
sliding hernia is diagnosed when the apparent separation between the squamocolumnar junction and diaphragmatic impression is greater than 2cm ,endoscope is insensitive in small hernia but it help to take biobsy and exclude malignancy,and diagnosis of oesphagitis.
hyosine is antispasmodic medical which is used to relieve cramps in the stomac ,intestine,and bladder.
