Barrett esophagus#

A 59-year-old man presented to the GI endoscopy unit with persistent epigastric pain#, weight loss, dyspepsia#, and intermittent bleeding per rectum. The patient underwent upper digestive endoscopy that revealed a retained food and fluid in the stomach (the patient was fasting for 7 hours), deep ulcer in the first part of the duodenum that contains food remnants, and the root of a polyp. There is a small nodule over the pyloric ring (all are shown in a previous video on my YouTube channel). Also, the endoscopy revealed a nodule of Barrett's esophagus.
The question is: how to proceed with this patient
