man presented with abdominal colic and weight loss of 3 months duration was
admitted to the hospital. Despite many antispasmodic medications, the colic did
not subside. The patient underwent a colonoscopy that revealed a colonic mass.
The following questions related to this case:
1- What is the exact site of this lesion?
2- Is there a prolapsed part of the colon with this mass?
3 - What is the line of treatment: surgical or endoscopic, and if endoscopic, what is the type of endoscopic intervention and why?
