A 26-year-old man presented to our hospital with persistent epigastric pain, and heartburn was admitted to our hospital. The patient gave a long term history of proton pump inhibitors use. Upper digestive endoscopy was undertaken. A spurter resulted from biopsies that were taken from the lower esophagus. What is your opinion1- nothing, wait-and-see policy. 2- intervene?
Comments
It is a needle biopsy forceps.
Thanks for your care
