white to yellow esophageal nodules#


A 35-year-old man presented with repeated vomiting after treatment with target therapy (ADCETRIS® (brentuximab vedotin#) for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma. Beside severe gastritis, Upper digestive endoscopy revealed multiple small white to yellow lesions in the upper, middle, and lower esophagus. Multiple biopsies were taken for histopathology. What is the endoscopic diagnosis of this case:

1- ectopic sebaceous glands#

2- squamous cell papilloma#

3-glycogen acanthosis#

4- Xanthomas#

5- monilial infection#
