A76-year-old man was referred to our hospital for colonoscopy due to lower GI bleeding. Colonoscopy revealed multiple diverticula. The interesting finding, in this case, is the presence of multiple pinworms(Enterobius vermicularis) inside the lumen of the diverticula.
