A 27-year-old man presented with repeated attacks of vomiting followed by hematemesis. The patient gives a history of long standing reflux symptoms. Upper GI endoscopy revealed tongue like projection at the lower esophagus with pan gastric erythematous mottling in the stomach. Is the lesion in the esophagus(tongue like projection) Barrett's esophagus or not?
