Bile reflux# gastritis during chemotherapy 

A 53-year-old woman presented with persistent vomiting even with small amounts of water. The patient gave a history of hysterectomy due to uterine carcinoma. Now, the patient on chemotherapy. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed gastritis with amounts of bile in the stomach. The patient received treatment in the form of antiemetics and proton pump inhibitors plus ursodeoxycholic acid.
