A 49- year-old man presented with an attack of hematemesis was admitted to our hospital. The patient is on regular hemodialysis due to chronic renal failure. After resuscitation and blood transfusion, upper digestive endoscopy was done and showed a large gastric ulcer and monilial esophagitis#. What is your line of treatment for monilial esophagitis
