An old but still used procedure.


A 65-year-old woman presented with obstructive jaundice was admitted to the hospital. Radiological investigations revealed gall bladder stones and common bile duct stones. Cholecystectomy was done with the milking of the common bile duct stones. The patient was referred to the GI endoscopy unit for ERCP due to the possibility of missed CBD stone.
