A 67-year-old man presented with persistent epigastric pain. Upper GI endoscopy revealed pangastric erythematous mottling (Q H.pylori). Accidentally, the endoscope revealed a lower esophageal nodule.
what is your opinion? Is it benign or malignant one? is the patient needs follow up for this diminutive polyp.
