A 53-year-old male patient presented with recurrent attacks of hematemesis and melena. Upper GI endoscopy revealed bleeding gastric ulcer at the site of previously injected fundal varix. Now, the patient on PPI infusions and IV fluids. What is your definite line of treatment ( Argon plasma coagulation or surgical intervention with ligation of feeding vessels)
