A pedunculated colonic polyp #

A 57-year-old Egyptian woman was referred for colonoscopy. Her abdominal computed tomography revealed a right iliac mass. Total colonoscopy was free apart from a pedunculated polyp in the descending colon. What is your provisional diagnosis?
