Epigastric pain and back itching

A 55- year -old woman presented with abdominal pain about 1 year ago, more in the epigastric region that relieved with medications and increased with food intake, associated with anorexia and dyspepsia. One month ago, there was back itching in the interscapular region and extending down to the lower back. Upper GI endoscopy was done that revealed atrophied gastric and duodenal mucosa with prominent submucosal veins in the stomach. Multiple biopsies were taken from the funds, body, and incisura of the stomach and sent for histopathological examination. Also, multiple biopsies were taken from the duodenum and sent for histopathological examination. We are waiting for the histopathology. What IS YOUR OPINION AND HOW TO PROCEED?
